Which plan is right for an AI startup closing enterprise deals?

Does the EU AI Act obligation apply to us if we're outside the EU?
If your AI system's output reaches EU users, the Act applies — regardless of where you are based. Use the free classifier at vigilens.ai/classify to get your exact applicability assessment.
What counts as a "run"?
A run is a full compliance check — classification, control evaluation, evidence collection, and audit pack generation — for one AI system. Continuous background monitoring does not consume run credits.
Can we bring our own policy framework?
Yes, on Enterprise. You can encode internal AI policies, board-level requirements, or sector-specific standards as executable rules. Vigilens runs them alongside EU AI Act, SOC 2, and NIST AI RMF controls.
